O CAVALEIRO AZUL

 

Movimento Artístico criado em 1911 por Wassily Kandinsky ,sendo composto pelos Artistas Alexej Von Jawlensky, Franz Marc , August Macke , Paul Klee , Marianne Von Werefkin e o próprio Wassily Kandinsky, sendo fundamentado no aspecto da Espiritualidade e da Construção de uma Arte Pessoal. O nome Der Blaue Reiter teve origem na paixão de Franz Marc pelos cavalos e no amor de Kandinsky pela cor azul. Para Kandinsky, o azul é a cor da espiritualidade e quanto mais escuro, mais desperta o desejo humano pelo eterno, conforme escreve em seu livro On the Spiritual in Art (1911). Através das idéias e Pensamentos dos Artistas do grupo foi Editada uma revista, Almanach Der Blaue Reiter, aonde também ocorreram Diversas Exposições na Europa, entre o Período de 1911 até 1914, quando dissolveram-se com o início da Primeira Guerra Mundial em 1914.

Franz Marc e August Macke morreram em combate. Kandinsky e Marianne Von Werefkin foram obrigados a voltar para a Rússia, em razão da nacionalidade.

Alexej Von Jawlensky teve que fugir e como alguns outros artistas alemães, refugiou-se em Ascona, Suíça, até o fim da guerra , quando retornou a Munique, Alemanha. Em 1923, Kandinsky, Feininger, Paul Klee e Alexej von Jawlensky formaram o grupo Die Blaue Vier ("Os Quatro Azuis") e palestraram juntos nos Estados Unidos em 1924.

 

 

BLUE KNIGHT

 

Artistic movement created in 1911 by Wassily Kandinsky , composed by Alexej Von Jawlensky , Franz Marc , August Macke , Paul Klee , Marianne von Werefkin and Wassily Kandinsky himself, being based on the aspect of Spirituality and Art Building a Pessoal.The name is Der Blaue Reiter originated in Franz Marc passion for horses and Kandinsky's love of the color blue . For Kandinsky , blue is the color of spirituality and the darker , the more it awakens human desire for the eternal , as writes in his book On the Spiritual in Art (1911 ) .Through the ideas and thoughts of the artists of the group was a magazine Edited , Der Blaue Reiter Almanac , where also several exhibitions in Europe occurred between the period 1911 to 1914 , when dissolved with the outbreak of the First World War in 1914 .

Franz Marc and August Macke were killed in combat . Kandinsky  and Marianne Von Werefkin were forced to return to Russia , on grounds of nationality .

Alexej Von Jawlensky had to flee and as some other German artists took refuge in Ascona , Switzerland , until the end of the war , when he returned to Munich, Germany . In 1923 , Kandinsky , Feininger , Paul Klee and Alexej Von Jawlensky formed  Die Blaue Vier group ( " The Blue Four ") and lectured together in the United States in 1924 .
